Back button inconsistencies

      The Back/Cancel buttons on various pages are inconsistent. Standardize, or perhaps just get rid of them.

      • Menu > View My CO Profile > Edit > Back (goes to CO People)
      • Some are emitted via $html->, others $this->Html
