If a CO Person has a CO Group Member record, the cascade fails to execute because the hasMany relationship is explicitly unset in CoPeopleController::delete() due to the original Grouper plugin.

If this is no longer needed, it should be removed. If it is, then a warning should be presented that the group memberships must be manually deleted before the person can be deleted.
