Refactor js_confirm_xxx

      Some texts are hardcoded into js_confirm_xxx in View/Layouts/default.ctp. These should be merged into js_confirm_generic, which is localizable. (See examples in the sidebar button generation later in default.cty, or in View/CoPetition/index.ctp.)
