Non-english chars dont seem to render correctly

      Not sure if this is a persistence issue, or a UI issue, but when I attempt to create a group whose name used non-english chars, they all show up as question marks.

      Seems like it would be a UI issue, because the pane renders the group name fine, but the actual page does not.
