lets discuss if this is what we want to do. Any downsides? What if the subject is unresolvable? Should there be a switch to enable/disable this behavior? Is this a duplicate of another bug Gary has been discussing about subject objects and getting them to lazily initialize?

Lets also make sure if the attribute to show is a subject attribute, that only the first X are queried if that is how many show up on the page (e.g. 50)
