good morning - i had the priv of collaborating with Vivek last evening. Long story short - the current implementation is receiving async messages and a switch over to sync should fix the problems of some messages coming through and others not - a timing problem. i gave Vivek a pointer to some python code of how blocking mode is implemented and the Java library appears to have the same calls so it should be an easy transition.
