SQL entityResolver only allows subjectId or misspelled "subjectIdentifer0"

      java.lang.RuntimeException: invalid grouperAttributeThatMatchesRow: subjectIdentifer0 expected 'subjectId' or 'subjectIdentifier0'

      Like the LDAP dropdown, the SQL should also allow more than subject0 or subjectIdentifier0 (and spelled right so the back end doesn't reject it)
