Requested by a customer. They would like a Bcc copy of all emails sent to their destination address, so they are aware of what is being sent and to have a permanent history of them. The `mail.smtp.debug = true` setting sort of logs emails, but it is a noisier log including raw protocol communication, plus it could be spread among multiple daemon servers.
