don't break UI audit logs by "loosing names" of objects that were deleted

      Audit log information ( at least in the UI ) looses information when objects are deleted.

      Attached is a screen shot of the audit logs showing the "Add" events for two groups as a member of the parent GroupZ group. The screen capture is AFTER both member groups were deleted from Grouper.
