Description UI breaks at 200% text only zoom.

Tested in FF using these steps:

1. In FF go to View>>Zoom>>Zoom: Text Only to select text only
2. cmd+0 to bring the window to 100%
3. cmd+(6 times) to bring the page to 200%

• Page indicator buttons break
• Text for NameID Format to Send field is hard to read once it moves beyond background
• Text for Authentication Methods to Use field is hard to read once it moves beyond background
