Consider implementing EIS Group Mappings as either a Data Filter Plugin or a Pipeline Plugin. Because External Identities don't have Group Memberships the Data Filter Plugin might not be the best option, but maybe "fake" Group Memberships can be pushed into the record that then get "corrected" in Pipeline::syncPerson.
Either way, some mechanism to "preview" group mappings should be provided (in v4 this is currently done on retrieving the OIS record from the backend), possibly via a link injected into the EIS Record page.
