Improve mobile usability for phones and tablets. This involves several steps / points:

Select and integrate a mobile framework
Remove table based layout for most (probably all) forms
Establish mobile menus and enhance menus generally
Fix canvas pages and people listings to render more effectively on mobile
Ensure that mobile improvements do not negatively impact the desktop experience; if done correctly, the required updates for mobile should improve usability for all devices.
