This is being advanced to improve mobile usability and accessibility. Most Registry forms do not truly represent tabular data, and while we could use CSS to make tables flow better on mobile devices, it is more semantically correct to remove them as layout elements, and accessibility will be improved in the process.

Desktop layouts will remain columnar, but will be managed using css.
