Search results display duplicates if the person has official and preferred names

      For each person at our university, our registry contains an official name (primary) and a preferred name.

      When searching people by last name, search results display each person twice, listing their official name in both rows. Both search results link to the same URL (e.g. /registry/co_people/canvas/48482), and display the person's official and preferred names. After deleting the preferred name of a person, only one row appears in search results for the person.
