The CoPipelines edit view is broken.

See the attached image. Note that all of the Edit buttons link to /registry/co_enrollment_flows/edit without an id number and clicking on any of them leads to "An Internal Error Has Occurred".

I saw this with a completely new deployment from develop–no previous state.

To reproduce

• Create an EnvSource OIS
• Restore enrollment flow templates and then create a self-signup enrollment flow
• Create a pipeline with Match Strategy Identifier and Sync on Add and Update
• Edit the pipeline and try to set up a connection
