The fields displayed in the summary of matching people (ie: what is rendered after a string is entered and "Search" is clicked) should be configurable.

eg:

Name / Organization / Email / Phone

As part of this, certain fields should be clickable. eg:

• Name pulls up detailed record
• Email is a mailto:
• URLs are clickable

Fields should be flagged as public vs authenticated for display.
